I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all presentations. Every program is tailored to fit your organization’s unique culture, audience, and goals.

The Rainbow Connection - In a world that can feel divided and uncertain, hope matters. This powerful keynote explores the role of hope, authenticity, and human connection in the LGBTQ+ community - and why creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, and heard changes lives.

Get Out of Your Head: Emotional Intelligence in the Real World - Often, the biggest thing standing in our way isn’t what’s happening around us - it’s what’s happening inside our own heads. This interactive workshop brings emotional intelligence to life, helping participants recognize the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that hold them back so they can stop reacting, start responding, and move toward what they truly want.

The Communication Gap: Why What You Said Isn’t What They Heard - This isn’t just a presentation - it’s an experience. Through interactive exercises, audience participation, and real-world examples, participants discover how easily communication breaks down between intention and interpretation. They’ll leave with practical tools to communicate with greater clarity, connection, and impact.

Beyond SMART Goals: Goal Setting that Actually Works - SMART goals aren’t wrong - but they’re often incomplete. This session goes beyond traditional goal-setting to explore what actually drives follow-through, including motivation, support systems, obstacles, and emotional barriers.

Lose the Mask: Leading from Your Real Self - Are you tired of constantly performing the version of yourself you think others will accept? At some point, the performance becomes exhausting - and you may start to wonder if anyone, including yourself, knows the real you anymore. This highly interactive full-day workshop uses emotional intelligence, communication, and self-discovery to help participants lose the mask, reconnect with their real selves, and lead from authenticity.

Meet Ed

I’ve spent more than 30 years working in technology, leadership, and human behavior, and I’ve learned something important:

Most organizational challenges aren’t really about systems, processes, or technology.

They’re about people.

They’re about communication, connection, trust, resilience, and how we show up for one another.

Over the years, my professional experience as a Scrum Master and leader, combined with an MBA in Business Psychology and extensive training in coaching, communication, and emotional intelligence, has given me a unique perspective on what helps people and teams thrive.

My personal journey has only deepened that understanding.

It taught me firsthand the power of resilience, authentic connection, and emotional awareness during life’s most difficult transitions.

That’s why the programs I deliver aren’t just about sharing information.

They’re about creating experiences that help people think differently, connect more deeply, and leave with practical tools they can actually use.

I combine stories, humor, audience interaction, and actionable strategies to create programs that engage people from the start and continue impacting them long after the event ends.

Because the goal isn’t just a great presentation.

It’s lasting impact.

Why My Programs Work

Let’s be honest - nobody wants to sit through another boring PowerPoint they’ll forget before the next bathroom break.

My programs are energetic, audience-focused, and packed with real-life solutions to real-life problems.

I combine stories, humor, audience participation, and actionable tools to create experiences that help people connect with the ideas in ways that stick.

Because real change doesn’t happen just because someone heard a good idea.

It happens when people see themselves differently, understand others more deeply, and walk away knowing exactly what to do next.

That’s the experience I create every time I step on stage.
