More Than a Feeling takes emotional intelligence out of the textbook and puts it to work. Through practical tools, engaging activities, and real-world situations, participants learn to better understand their own emotions, recognize what may be happening with others, and use that information to choose how they respond.

The Communication Gap:
Why What You Say Isn’t Always What They Hear
Most communication problems don’t happen because someone said the wrong thing.
They happen because what one person intended and what the other person heard were two very different things.
This interactive workshop explores how wording, timing, tone, context, assumptions, experiences, and emotions shape every conversation. Participants learn practical ways to recognize communication gaps, reduce unnecessary misunderstandings, and reconnect when communication breaks down.
